Why Sell With Us?

You might be thinking, "Why should I sell with you guys instead of the other big brokerages?" Well, the answer depends on your goals.

In order to sell with the other guys, you need to sign a mandate to list your property publicly, you'll get a bunch of building visits and calls that disrupt yours and your tenants businesses, and you'll pay anywhere from 2-6% for their services.

With, you're working with one group, us. The buyer is either, or one of our vigorously vetted buyers. In addition, fees (if any) will be paid by the buyer, on top of the purchase price.

We won't disturb you or your tenants businesses, and your property won't be listed publicly. We issue an offer within 24-48 hours, and once accepted, we start due diligence immediately.
